Step 1: View Counselling Form Filling Rules (काउंसलिंग फॉर्म भरने का नियम देखें)

• After login, the candidate will see a Counselling button on the dashboard. Clicking on it, the candidate can see the rules and the process of filling the counselling form.
• लॉगिन करने के बाद अभ्यर्थी के डैशबोर्ड में काउंसलिंग करने का बटन दिखेगा। इसे क्लिक करके अभ्यर्थी काउंसलिंग फॉर्म के नियम और फॉर्म भरने की प्रक्रिया देख सकता है।

Step 2: Submit Counselling Fee (काउंसलिंग फीस जमा करें)

• After that, there will be a button to submit the counselling fee, which the candidate should click to submit the counselling fee.
• उसके बाद, काउंसलिंग फीस जमा करने का एक बटन होगा, जिसे क्लिक करके अभ्यर्थी को अपनी काउंसलिंग फीस जमा करनी होगी।

Step 3: Add Choices According to Own Interest (अपनी रुचि के अनुसार च्वाइस जोड़ें)

• After submitting the Counselling fee, the candidate should add as many combinations of choices as possible, according to their interest so that the candidate's chances of seat-allotment can increase. The choices must be given in order of preference.
• काउंसलिंग फीस जमा करने के बाद अभ्यर्थी अपनी रुचि के अनुसार अधिक से अधिक कॉम्बिनेशन की च्वाइस जोड़े, जिन पाठ्यक्रमों में विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालय चुनने का विकल्प है, वहाँ भी अभ्यर्थी के लिए यही सुझाव है, इससे अभ्यर्थी की सीट आवंटन की संभावना बढ़ सके। च्वाइस को प्राथमिकता के अनुसार क्रम में रखना होगा।

Step 4: Lock Choices (च्वाइस को लॉक करें)

• After filling the choices, the candidate needs to click the lock button to lock his/her choices. Once locked, no changes can be made to the choices.
• सभी च्वाइस भरने के बाद, अभ्यर्थी को अपनी च्वाइस को लॉक करने के लिए लॉक बटन क्लिक करना होगा। लॉक करने के बाद च्वाइस में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं किया जा सकेगा।

Step 5: Print Choices (च्वाइस का प्रिंट लेंः)

• After locking the choices, the candidate can print the choices.
• च्वाइस को लॉक करने के बाद, अभ्यर्थी अपनी च्वाइस का प्रिंट ले सकता है।

Step 6: Choice Filling Process will last for 3 days (काउंसलिंग की च्वाइस फिलिंग की प्रक्रिया 3 दिन चलेगीः)

• The process of choice filling will remain open for 3 days. After that, if the candidate is allotted a seat, they must submit the prescribed fee within 3 days. If the fees is not deposited then the claim on allotted seat will be automatically cancelled.
• च्वाइस भरने की प्रक्रिया 3 दिन तक चलेगी। उसके बाद, यदि अभ्यर्थी को सीट आवंटित होती है, तो अभ्यर्थी को 3 दिन के भीतर निर्धारित शुल्क जमा करना होगा। शुल्क जमा न करने पर अभ्यर्थी का सीट आवंटन स्वतः निरस्त हो जायेगा ।

Step 7: If the candidate does not get his/her best preference (अगर अभ्यर्थी को उसकी सर्वोत्तम वरीयता नहीं मिलती है)

• If the candidate does not get his/her best preference then after making the payment for the given allotted seat, the candidate will have an option for upgradation. In the next counselling round, if the candidate clicks on upgrade button, he/she shall be allotted the seat on the basis of his/her merit and preference of choice. In the upgrade option if a candidate is not allocated higher preference of choice then he/she will get the seat which was earlier allocated.
• अगर अभ्यर्थी को उसकी सर्वोत्तम वरीयता नहीं मिलती है, तो अभ्यर्थी को जो सीट आवंटित हुई है, उसका पेमेंट करने के बाद अपग्रेड करने का ऑप्शन मिलेगा। अगली काउंसलिंग में अभ्यर्थी यदि अपग्रेड पर क्लिक करता है, तो सीट उपलब्ध होने पर मेरिट के वरीयता क्रम में उसकी च्वाइस की प्राथमिकता के अनुसार सीट आवंटित होगी। अपग्रेड आप्शन मे यदि अभ्यर्थी को उच्च वरीयता की सीट आवंटित नही होती है तो उसको पूर्व में आवंटित सीट प्राप्त होगी।

Step 8: Priority to candidate opting for upgradation in the second round (द्वितीय चरण की काउंसिलिंग में सीट आवंटन की प्राथमिकताः)

• In the second round of counselling, first priority for seat allocation will be given to those candidates who have opted upgradation in the first round of counselling. After that remaining counselling will be done in the second round.
• द्वितीय चरण की काउंसिलिंग में पहले उन अभ्यर्थियों को सीट आवंटन की प्राथमिकता दी जायेगी जिन्होनें प्रथम चरण में अपग्रेड विकल्प का चुनाव किया है। तत्पश्चात् द्वितीय चरण की शेष काउंसिलिंग की जायेगी।

Step 9: Print Allotment Letter (अलॉटमेंट लेटर प्रिंट करें)

• After payment of prescribed fee, the candidate can print allotment letter.
• अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित शुल्क जमा करने के बाद अलॉटमेंट लेटर प्रिंट कर सकता है।

Step 10: Verification of Documents (प्रमाण पत्रों का सत्यापनः)

• After receiving the allotment letter, the candidate must report to respective faculty/department / college for documents verification within 3 working days.
• अलॉटमेंट लेटर प्राप्त होने के 3 कार्यदिवसों के भीतर, अभ्यर्थी को अपने संकाय / विभाग / कॉलेज अपने सभी प्रमाण पत्रों को सत्यापित कराने के लिए संपर्क करना होगा।
